The shopping experience is great, but the kitchen could definitely use some improvement. The food is only partially ready when they open, and when I went in 40 minutes before closing, most of the food had already been put away. I simply asked what they still had available, and the woman working caught an attitude and told me they were closing up. I understand preparing to close, but 40 minutes before the posted closing time is still business hours. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re inconveniencing employees for trying to order while the kitchen is still supposed to be open.

Shout out to the awesome employees this morning!!! Not only did they help me find the products I was looking for, but they helped save me money, and aided in helping in getting my groceries home. Always friendly when we go in there

07 07 26. Ordered chicken dinner food was Cold and meat was hard and salty, wasn't fresh at all. Also had Greens, cornbread,yams, and was supposed to have mac and cheese that was substituted we ith container of more yams ! Paid $21,00 for this lousy meal. Where's the good and honest help? 👎

Park Street Market is a great place for the Northside community. They serve hot food in the back, and you can also bring cold food to be heated up, which is a real convenience and shows they care about the people they serve. During my visit, I had a moment with an older lady while I was heating food. She seemed a little stressed and made a comment about timing, but instead of taking it the wrong way, I chose to bring positive energy into the situation. I spoke with respect, lightened the mood, and you could feel the shift. By the end, we were in a better space, and she even told me she believed in my kindness. That’s what life is about—understanding people may be having a rough day and choosing patience and love. This place reflects that. Park Street Market deserves five stars. It’s more than a store—it’s part of the community.

I love this store! The deli has great food and deli staff is incredibly friendly. The deals you find in the grocery store are way cheaper than other places. They do a great job keeping the store clean, neat, and organized. Most of the time you can get in and out as fast as you planned to. If you haven’t been here yet, stop in!
